GRSE Sustains Growth Momentum in Q1 FY27 with Rs 1815 Crore Revenue, Rs 173 Crore PAT

Kolkata: Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, GOI has announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The revenue recorded during Q1FY27 was Rs 1814.62 crore, registering a growth of 38.53% over Q1FY26. Similarly, the PAT has increased by 43.83% to Rs 172.84 crore during the same period.

Commenting on the results, Cmde PR Hari, IN (Retd), Chairman and Managing Director, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited said, “The Q1FY27 results have been encouraging and we have yet again recorded a strong set of numbers. I am happy to note that our efforts towards excellence have helped in the elevation of GRSE to the Navratna status. To maintain the growth tempo, we have to adopt an aggressive business development, marketing and bidding strategy to bag both domestic and export orders. We are simultaneously focusing on both greenfield and brownfield expansion to build larger and more technologically advanced platforms that meet the highest standards of quality globally. We will continue to adopt and leverage new technology, including AI-driven shipbuilding to enhance efficiency”.
