QNu Labs Introduces Corporate Training Programme to Strengthen Enterprise Quantum-Safe Preparedness

Twelve-hour programme combines deployment-led expertise, quantum cryptography fundamentals and enterprise migration strategies, with certification supported by the National Quantum Mission

Bengaluru. QNu Labs, a global leader in end-to-end hybrid quantum cybersecurity solutions, has introduced a specialised corporate training programme in quantum cryptography and security under QNu Academy, its educational arm focused on advancing knowledge on quantum communications, including theory, practical applications,  and industry capabilities.

The 12-hour programme supported by National Quantum Mission, Government of India is designed to equip enterprise cybersecurity leaders and technology professionals with the knowledge and capabilities to assess quantum-related risks and develop strategies for transitioning towards quantum-safe security.

As quantum computing and Agentic AI advance bring the long-term resilience of conventional encryption into sharper focus, organisations face growing concerns around the security of sensitive data. The threat of ‘harvest now, decrypt later’, wherein adversaries capture encrypted information today with the intent of decrypting it once quantum capabilities mature, underscores the need for enterprises to proactively evaluate their cryptographic infrastructure. Given the complexity and time involved in migration, building quantum-safe preparedness is becoming an increasingly important consideration for enterprise cybersecurity strategies.

Structured for delivery over three days, the programme covers Quantum Key Distribution (QKD), Quantum Random Number Generator (QRNG), Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), emerging quantum security threats, cryptographic inventory management, algorithm selection, and suggested adoption approaches. It also incorporates case studies from QNu Labs’ deployments across national banking infrastructure, defence and secure systems, enabling participants to understand the practical application of quantum-safe technologies.

Designed for CISOs, security strategists, risk and compliance professionals, IT architects, security operations teams and senior security managers, the programme brings together technical and strategic perspectives on quantum-safe migration. The training will be conducted by QNu Labs’ engineers and architects who have commissioned quantum communication deployments, alongside professors from IITs, NITs, IIITs and IISERs. Participants will undergo an assessment-based certification process, supported by the National Quantum Mission (NQM) in India.

Commenting on the initiative, Sunil Bhide, Chief Delivery Officer and Head of QNu Academy said, “Quantum-safe security is not a transition organisations can afford to approach reactively. With sensitive data being captured today for potential decryption in the future, cryptographic preparedness must become a strategic priority. At QNu Labs, we believe that securing the quantum future requires more than technological innovation; it demands the knowledge, foresight and capabilities to implement it effectively. Our specialised corporate training programme under QNu Academy reflects this belief, bringing our deployment-led expertise in quantum cryptography to enterprise teams to help them understand emerging risks and prepare for the transition to quantum-safe security.”

The programme is available through on-site corporate workshops for cohorts of 15–50 participants, as well as half-day executive briefings for boards and senior leadership teams. Through this initiative, QNu Labs aims to strengthen enterprise understanding of quantum cryptography and support organisations in preparing for the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
