A defining milestone in the company’s growth journey has been its historic ₹5,400 crore contract from the National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) for the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail project. The largest single order in BEML’s history, this landmark contract underscores its advanced rail engineering capabilities and marks a significant leap in its evolution as a player in next-generation mobility solutions.

Further strengthening its international presence, BEML has secured a prestigious USD 60 million Letter of Intent for metro rolling stock in the African region, along with a USD 1.3 million export order for its indigenously designed and developed 6×6 High Mobility Vehicles (HMVs) for the Middle East. These achievements reflect growing international confidence in BEML’s engineering expertise and its ability to deliver specialised mobility platforms for diverse operational requirements.

In another significant demonstration of indigenous engineering excellence, BEML unveiled India’s first indigenously designed and developed 60-tonne Electric Dump Truck, BH60-EV, at its Mysuru Complex. This breakthrough marks an important step towards sustainable mining and infrastructure solutions, reinforcing the company’s commitment to advanced technology, energy efficiency and self-reliance in heavy engineering.

Reflecting its expanding business scale and strong order acquisition momentum, BEML’s total order book has crossed the historic ₹20,000 crore milestone, the highest in the company’s history. This robust order pipeline provides strong business visibility and positions the company to capitalise on emerging opportunities across strategic sectors, both in India and international markets.
