Gurugram. Logic Fruit Technologies on November 4 announced that Sunil Kar has joined the company as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. This appointment reflects the company’s commitment to transforming Logic Fruit into a premier global semiconductor solutions provider, setting the standard for innovation and execution.
Sunil Kar is a US-based semiconductor leader with over 30 years of experience in driving growth, innovation, and global operations. He has held senior leadership roles at Xilinx (now AMD), IDT (now Renesas), Ascenium, NetLogic (acquired by Broadcom), and NEC (Japan). A former Vice President and Business Head at Xilinx, Sunil has managed businesses exceeding $500 million in annual revenue, led global teams, and driven multiple M&A and strategic partnerships. He also advises startups and public companies across data center/computing, mobile telecom, and enterprise markets.
With deep expertise across data center and computing, mobile telecom, and enterprise markets, combined with a proven track record in M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships, Sunil is uniquely positioned to lead Logic Fruit into its next phase of growth.
