Chennai: IPO-bound drone startup Garuda Aerospace has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Micron Instruments Pvt. Ltd., a leading Indian manufacturer of precision fuzes, defence ammunition systems, and critical military components. The partnership brings together two advanced manufacturing organisations with complementary expertise to accelerate the development of next-generation indigenous defence technologies.
Under the MoU, Garuda Aerospace and Micron Instruments will focus on product distribution, joint technology development, and defence-focused projects. By integrating Micron Instruments’ expertise in custom-designed fuzes with Garuda Aerospace’s advanced drone technologies, the partnership aims to accelerate the development of next-generation indigenous defence solutions, including loitering munitions, payload-enabled UAVs, and advanced unmanned systems.
