BEL and IIM-Kozhikode Sign MoU to Foster Leadership Development and Management Excellence

Bengaluru/Kozhikode: Bharat Electronics Ltd. (BEL), a leading Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, and The Indian Institute of Management-Kozhikode (IIMK), one of India’s premier management institutions, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance leadership development, management expertise, and business acumen among BEL executives.

The MoU envisions a series of customised Professional Post Graduate Diploma (PPGD) programmes designed by IIM-Kozhikode to nurture a capable and future-ready talent pool within BEL. In the initial phase, the collaboration will focus on themes such as Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management and General Management, and then expand to add other themes as per the requirement of BEL and the evolving business landscape. These programmes aim to equip BEL executives with cutting-edge management learning, strategic thinking abilities, and domain-enriching expertise that align with BEL’s long-term growth and leadership vision in an increasingly dynamic and competitive environment.
