Sentrycs Unveils CoRF Based Counter-UAS System ‘Scout’

Tel Aviv: Israeli company Sentrycs, an ONDAS company specialising in counter-drone (C-UAS) technology based on Protocol Manipulation – also known as Cyber over RF (CoRF), has unveiled the Scout.

Sentrycs’ field-proven Cyber-over-RF (CoRF) technology enables passive detection, tracking, and identification of unauthorised drones, along with controlled mitigation capabilities. The system allows authorised operators to safely take control of and land drones in designated areas when required.

Operating without jamming or kinetic measures, the solution is designed to support secure operations in dense urban environments and combat zones, while maintaining communications continuity and avoiding interference with authorised systems. It provides defence and security forces with actionable intelligence, including drone serial numbers, operator locations, and flight characteristics, enabling swift and informed responses to potential risks.

Scout is a compact, battery-powered counter-UAS system designed for tactical forces. Based on Sentrycs’ operationally proven technology, it enables rapid deployment of passive detection, tracking, identification, and cyber-based mitigation in a lightweight, man-portable format—without reliance on fixed infrastructure.

Ruggedised for field use in challenging operational conditions, Scout delivers real-time situational awareness and rapid, precise mitigation in any environment, supporting mission continuity while minimising operational risk. It is ideal for tactical force protection, convoy security, VIP safeguarding, border enforcement, and infrastructure patrols – providing tactical teams with autonomous airspace control capabilities wherever they’re needed.

“As drone threats continue to grow in scale and sophistication, posing an increasing challenge to defence and security forces worldwide, there is a rising need for agile, highly effective counter-UAS capabilities that can be deployed wherever missions demand them,” said Tal Cohen, CEO and Founder of Sentrycs.

“Building on the proven core technology behind our fixed-site deployments, Sentrycs Scout delivers tactical teams a ruggedised, portable counter-UAS capability—enabling operational flexibility and effective drone mitigation in the most challenging environments,” Cohen added.
