Razor Labs to Supply AI Inspection System for Automatic Detection and Classification of Ammunition Defects to a Global Defence Company

Tel Aviv: Israeli company Razor Labs, will supply its AI based system to a global defence company. The system which is currently under development will be used for the automatic detection and classification of a wide range of ammunition defects at the production process. The initial contract is for the supply of four such AI based systems.

According to the company, AI Inspection system can predict defects and malfunctions during the production process – providing a breakthrough solution for identifying structural patterns and anomalies and delivering real-time recommendations to make necessary production adjustments. This while ensuring a consistent quality for each and every batch. Once classified it then provides automatic distribution depending on the defect type. The solution enables efficient and economic decisions, in real time, and discern the patterns of defects and draw conclusions about production line faults that cause frequent defects.

Raz Roditti , Razor Labs CEO said that the significant deal is aligned with the company’s focus and is a result of the intense focus on scalable solutions. “We are making strides to become a global competitive and innovative AI product supplier to implement AI across a wide range of industries. We believe this will open the door to many opportunities in helping digitally transform the production processes,” added Roditti.
