  • Tech Needs & Tactical Insights:  Live discussions revealed high demand for AI-powered cameras with advanced face detection and 60–80 meter IR capabilities. Aadhaar-based access control devices, ARGO FACE for residential use, and integrated face + fingerprint authentication devices were particularly sought after by forces and manufacturers alike.
  • Third-Party Integration and Product Feedback: Many visitors expressed keen interest in PoC deployments, third-party VMS integrations, and enhancements for AI-based camera systems. Notably, positive feedback was shared about the VEGA FAXQ, a Matrix product, with customers requesting updates due to L1 device availability issues — a signal of brand trust and long-term value.
