udChalo’s hassle-free interface for travel bookings for the armed forces was the differentiator in the category. For 9 years, udChalo has built unique, convenient and effective platforms for soldiers to access consumer products and services. Today, about 16 lakhs armed personnel book tickets from udChalo every year.

Ravi Kumar, CEO, udChalo said, “We founded udChalo for the immense respect and gratitude we have for the armed forces of India. This fraternity and their families have sacrificed so much for the country. As a startup we could only think about bringing in the small changes that would make a difference. It is a proud moment for us for being recognized as the future of the country and be the backbone of the economy. This award bestows a lot of responsibilities on udChalo team and we are optimistic that as a startup we can have an impactful influence towards India’s economic and business growth.”
