Singularity AMC Invests in Lohia Aerospace to Accelerate India’s Advanced Composites and Aerospace Manufacturing Capabilities

Kanpur. Singularity AMC, a leading growth-equity investment platform backed by Madhusudan Kela and led by Yash Kela, January 5 announced that it has invested in Lohia Aerospace Systems Private Limited, an advanced materials and composites manufacturing company for full aerostructures and systems, serving global aerospace and defence markets.

The company, founded in 2021 by the Lohia family specialises in designing and manufacturing of complex structures and materials used in aircraft, UAVs, and next- generation aerospace and defence platforms.

With vertically integrated facilities and world-class engineering and production capabilities, Lohia Aerospace supplies complex composite components, assemblies, and aerostructures to leading aerospace and defence OEMs worldwide.

It is projected to reach around $54.4 billion by 2033, growing at a CAGR of nearly 7%. Lohia Aerospace is poised to be a leading beneficiary of this multi-decade opportunity.
