Rolls-Royce Appoints Dan Antal General Counsel – Defense and RRNA

 

Washington DC. Rolls-Royce on January 11 announced the appointment of Dan Antal as General Counsel for Defense and Rolls-Royce North America (RRNA). In this role, Dan will be a key member of the Defense and General Counsel Leadership teams and will be based in our Washington, DC office.

In addition, Dan will join the RRNA Board, be accountable for oversight of our Special Security Agreement with the U.S. Department of Defense and provide in-country leadership for the General Counsel teams across the United States.

Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Dan most recently served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel – Civil Group for Leidos. He has extensive experience across the Defense & Aerospace industries and has led a range of General Counsel functions including Legal, Company Secretariat, Special Security Agreements and Risk.

Its regional headquarters is located in Reston, Virginia, with major operations in Indianapolis, Indiana; Aiken, South Carolina; Walpole, Massachusetts; Pascagoula, Mississippi; Montreal, Canada; and, the NASA John C. Stennis Space Center, Mississippi.
