Moscow / Minsk: ROSOBORONEXPORT (part of the Rostec State Corporation) is organising a unified Russian exhibit at the 3rd International “National Security. Belarus- 2026 Exhibition”, which will be held from June 17 to 19 in Minsk.
The exhibition is organised by the State Secretariat of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus, the Presidential Property Management Department of the Republic of Belarus and the Republican Unitary Enterprise “National Exhibition Centre BelExpo”.

At the exhibition we’ll discuss new projects aimed at strengthening the security of our countries and showcase to our partners the latest Russian developments, based on our experience in countering organised crime, terrorism and other pressing challenges,” said ROSOBORONEXPORT Director General Alexander Mikheev.

ROSOBORONEXPORT’s exhibit will showcase Russian developments in the field of ensuring the security of the state and society. The focus will be on the country’s defence industry’s achievements in unmanned technologies, special forces equipment and cybersecurity systems.
Rostec’s holding companies, including RosEl, Kalashnikov Group and others, will also participate in the unified Russian exhibit.
At its stand ROSOBORONEXPORT will present the loitering munitions and reconnaissance UAVs that are most in demand in the global market. These include the Lancet-E system from ZALA, consisting of a reconnaissance drone and two loitering munitions, the SKAT 350M reconnaissance UAV, the KUB-2E loitering munition and the RUS-PE portable reconnaissance-and-strike container system from Kalashnikov Group and the S350M-E reconnaissance UAV from Rostec.

The small arms area features Kalashnikov AK-12 assault rifles in various modifications, the AM-17 compact assault rifle, the PPK-20 submachine gun, 9mm Lebedev pistols, AR-based carbines and specialised EO devices. Visitors to the stand will also be presented with the latest Specter sniper system.
ROSOBORONEXPORT will offer a variety of personal protective equipment for law enforcement personnel, including the MRS 2.0 modular load-bearing system, the Neptune positive-buoyancy body armour, the Buckler modular body armour, the ARK ballistic helmet, the Base active headphones and the Echo PRO headset. For special forces personnel, the Company will offer portable explosive and metal detectors, as well as a radar for detecting objects behind obstacles.

The Сompany is also exhibiting Russian AI-aided cybersecurity systems at its stand. These systems are designed for both open-source monitoring and analysis to identify risks and threats to national security, as well as to counter cyberattacks against digital infrastructure.
As part of the exhibition, ROSOBORONEXPORT’s delegation will hold meetings and talks with representatives from law enforcement agencies and the defence industry of the Republic of Belarus, CIS member states, and other Russia’s friendly countries.
