AURA AERO to Showcase INTEGRAL R at Sun ‘n Fun Aerospace Expo, Florida

The new generation training and aerobatic aircraft heads for the American market

DAYTONA BEACH, Florida. From April 14-19, AURA AERO will be exhibiting at Sun ’n Fun Aerospace Expo in Lakeland (Florida), the second largest US airshow dedicated to general aviation. The manufacturer will showcase INTEGRAL R, its two-seater training aircraft with aerobatic capabilities, already certified in Europe and ready to conquer the North-American market.

Alongside the AURA AERO teams, Mike Goulian, US national aerobatic champion, former Red Bull Air Race series pilot and ambassador for INTEGRAL R in the United States, will be present with his team, to meet the visitors and present the aircraft.

This presence is part of the acceleration of the development of AURA AERO in the US In 2025. The company inaugurated in Daytona Beach, Florida, a site dedicated to the assembly, delivery, and after-sales support of INTEGRAL for the North American market, in the heart of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University research park. The American production of INTEGRAL R is due to start in summer 2026.

With more than half of the global aviation training market concentrated in the United States, nearly 600 FAA-certified schools, more than 525,000 pilots, and growing demand for modern, economical, and more environment-friendly aircraft, the INTEGRAL family arrives at a strategic moment.

Already certified in Europe since December 2024, INTEGRAL R is now aiming at FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) certification this year, paving the way for the first deliveries on the continent as early as the end of this year.

A Complete Range for Training and Recreational Aviation

INTEGRAL is available in 3 complementary versions:

  • INTEGRAL R– designed for advanced training and aerobatics, taildragger and thermal 210 hp SEP engine
  • (Lycoming); EASA certified; FAA certification expected in 2026; delivered in Europe since 2025
  • INTEGRAL S– designed for training and recreational aviation: nosewheel and thermal 180 hp SEP engine (Lycoming); EASA certification and first deliveries (Europe) expected this year
  • INTEGRAL E– 100% electric version of the R and S models: EASA certification and first Europe deliveries expected in 2027

The INTEGRAL aircraft are equipped with the latest Garmin avionics and with EPONA, the exclusive digital platform developed by AURA AERO, which records and analyses all the flight data. This solution improves pilot and aircraft performance analysis, optimises fleet operations, and enables the implementation of predictive maintenance, reducing costs and maximising aircraft availability.

Available with a Lycoming engine (thermal) or a Safran motor (electric), INTEGRAL meets UPRT and VFR requirements. It also stands out for its unique level of safety in its category, being the only aircraft equipped with a full rescue parachute.
