Operation Sindoor: There Goes Nuclear Blackmail!

While announcing ceasefire, Donald Trump spoke about saving millions of lives. Probably, he was indicating towards the possibility of a nuclear war after Indian missiles hit Kirana Hills and Chugai Hills, the nuclear storage facilities of Pakistan, and Rawalpindi Airport, close to Pakistan Army’s GHQ. These attacks rattled General Munir and he decided to go for a nuclear strike on India. A ‘non-nuclear test missile’ was fired at Delhi but it was intercepted and destroyed by the Indian Air Defence system at Sirsa

Date:

“After a long night of talks mediated by the United States, I am pleased to announce that India and Pakistan have agreed to a full and immediate ceasefire… millions of lives have been saved,” said US President Donald Trump on Indo-Pak stoppage of hostilities!
Isn’t it strange that within 48 hours of launching Operation Sindoor by India, the USA had to intervene and Donald Trump, the US President, is talking about saving millions of lives? Perhaps, the answer lay in the secret reports of US aircraft 350 ER, hovering around Chugai Hills and Kirana Hills of Pakistan since May 10, 2025.  This aircraft is responsible for conducting aerial radiation measurements. The US Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) utilises the Aerial Measuring System (AMS) to conduct aerial radiation assessment surveys. If so, what was the need for this secret survey by the USA?

Reliable and knowledgeable sources reveal that it was due to reports of two unusual earthquakes of 4.4 and 5.7 measurements on the Richter Scale on the morning of May 10. More important is the reason that these two earthquakes took place after the Indian missile attacks on Kirana Hills and Chugai Hills. It is believed that India struck on the openings of five of the seven tunnels at Kirana Hills. Why did India do so?

Two unusual earthquakes of 4.4 and 5.7 intensities on the Richter Scale were reported on May 10 morning. It happened after the Indian missile attacks on Kirana Hills and Chugai Hills. It is believed that India struck on the openings of five of the seven tunnels at Kirana Hills. It seems that unassembled raw nuclear material went off causing low-yield earthquakes

It is alleged that Kirana Hills and Chugai Hills were the nuclear storage facilities of Pakistan. Nuclear material is kept in a non-assembled position in the underground storage facilities at these two sites. Nuclear devices are generally kept unassembled to prevent accidents or mischief by a ‘rogue’ element. What was the need for India to do so and risk a major conflagration?

It is believed that after India carried out an air raid on Rawalpindi Airport, close to Pakistan Army’s GHQ, it rattled General Asim Munir and he decided to go for a nuclear strike on India. In so doing a ‘non-nuclear test missile’ was fired by Pakistan, aimed at Delhi. But it was intervened and destroyed at Sirsa by the Indian Air Defence system. Therefore, preparations were being made, when the USA, China and India picked up. While the USA and China were contemplating as to how to avert it, India had struck.

It was a warning strike by India to say, “We are watching.” It seems that unassembled raw nuclear material went off causing low-yield earthquakes, shaking Pakistan and the USA. India told the USA that it would not allow Pakistan to carry out a nuclear strike on India and if it did try, India would pre-empt it. It could mean millions in Pakistan losing their lives. This is what was reflected in Donald Trump’s statement. This is when US Vice President JD Vance, who had sworn to keep the USA aloof, spoke to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and warned Pakistani leadership of the consequences.

India had made it clear that it would not stop its operations. If Pakistan wanted to de-escalate, it could approach Indian military authorities. This is how, on US directions, the Pakistan Army’s DGMO rang up the Indian Army DGMO. A mutual decision was taken to “stop firing and halt military operations”. It is not a ‘ceasefire’ but a ‘tactical pause’ of Operation Sindoor. DGMOs agreed to meet on May 12, 2025.

However, India made it clear that Kashmir and Indus Water Treaty (IWT) would not be discussed. What’s more, India has demonstrated that henceforth terrorism would no longer be a low-cost, high-deniability option for its perpetrators but it was going to be now high-risk, high-retribution enterprise. This threat unpacks the equations behind India’s strategic shift. The stated objective of Operation Sindoor was against ‘terrorism’ and its backers cum perpetrators. India made it clear that it was not against Pakistan and its public.

big bang

The world is aghast at the manner India has gone in a computerised way to conduct its military operations. Military authorities were given full powers to conduct the operation. What came out more clearly was Tri-Service cooperation, coordination and supplementing each other’s efforts. It is the finest example of ‘Integrated Warfare

In pursuance of its military and political objectives, within 48 hours of the yet-to-be-declared war, India claimed to have killed over 100 terrorists, damaged Pakistan’s 20% Air Force assets, and damaged 9 airports. It is believed that damage at Chugai Hills and Kirana Hills is extensive and unthinkable. India claims to have suffered some undisclosed damages to its Air Force assets. It is believed in the ongoing operation, India lost 20 lives, including five soldiers, while Pakistan suffered 35-40 fatal casualties.

What came out more clearly was Tri-Service cooperation, coordination and supplementing each other’s efforts. It is the finest example of ‘Integrated Warfare’.

Two biggest takeaways of Operation Sindoor, so far, are:

First, it is a demonstration of India’s technological advancement and superiority. Pakistan fired about 700 Turkish-made drones, in two days, over a frontage of 2100 km, from Leh to Sir Creek. But they were all rendered ineffective by India’s AKASH air defence system. It has achieved 100% success.

Secondly, India punched a hole in Pakistan’s oft-repeated parroting “We have Atom bombs”. The sabre rattling by political leaders and the common man would have to take into account the damage done to their psyche.

India’s Akash air defence system has stunned and shocked the world. A system-of-systems that connects satellites, drones, ground radars, mobile war rooms, and AI processors into a self-updating, auto-striking defensive cloud. It is a multi-layered, AI-driven defence and assault command system that uses Real-Time Satellite Imagery via ISRO’s Earth Observation satellites.

India’s ability to penetrate deep into enemy territory and pre-empt evil designs demonstrates that it cannot be cowed down by sabre rattling of the nuclear threat. It is now known that India has developed Direct Energy Weapons, which can strike at larger distances in all three dimensions of land, sea and space. ISRO has demonstrated its technological capability

It does Precision Mapping and Target Locking via India’s NAVIC GPS. It carries Autonomous Drone Swarms (5–10 kg payload, high-speed, long-range, radar-evading stealth design) and Instant Decision-Loop AI that operates on a zero-latency command grid built indigenously. It has been dovetailed with BEL-developed battlefield processor nodes, secure communication channels, and field-deployable control centres.

India’s ability to penetrate deep into enemy territory and pre-empt evil designs further demonstrates that it cannot be cowed down by sabre rattling of the nuclear threat. It is now known that India has also developed Direct Energy weapons (Dew), which can strike at larger distances in all three dimensions of land, sea and space. ISRO has demonstrated its technological capability.

Pakistan’s ghastly terrorist act on April 22, 2025, provided the spark for Operation Sindoor, which announced India’s arrival on global power politics. It is a notice to China also to not to mess with India anymore. If the Galwan incident of June 15, 2020, was a demonstration of India’s will to stand up straight against international bullies, Operation Sindoor is a notice of its capabilities to cause unacceptable damage to its adversaries if fiddled with.

India’s message to the world is clear and simple: छेड़ोगे तो छोड़ेंगे नहीं (Mess with us at peril to your own wellbeing). No doubt, it would ruffle not only India’s enemies but also some ‘fair weather’ friends. It is a message to India’s neighbours too — like Bangladesh and Nepal. The sounds of the message would also resonate in the ears of ‘Enemy Within’. Fifth columnists within India, who have sold their souls for a fistful of dollars or some other gains in kind, ought to back out. All said and done, a strong India is on the march, which means: India dictates; Enemies listen!
