Merlinhawk Aerospace Inaugrates WASC @ Merlinhawk for WESCAM MXTM- Series Service Capability in India

Bengaluru. Merlinhawk Aerospace, India’s certified aerospace and defence design and manufacturing company, has inaugurated its WESCAM MX-Series electro-optical and infrared
(EO/IR) systems service center at AeroIndia 2025.
The facility was inaugurated by Ramachandra
Rao, MD Merlinhawk Aerospace, Vice Adm David Johnson (Retd), VP International, L3 Harris Coporation and Dr Vivek Lall, CEO, General Atomics Global Corporation.
This centre, in Phase 1, will be servicing the EO/IR systems that are in operation in India and in Phase 2 will service the systems on various upcoming platforms. This center is aimed at localising service
capabilities under a WESCAM Authorised Service Centre (WASC) through the transfer of knowledge,
specialised tooling and technical publications, which will support the advanced repair facility.
Merlinhawk brings experience in the aerospace and defence sector, and provides users with superior
technological, engineering and logistical servicing of WESCAM MX-Series EO/IR systems.
