DEFEA 2027 on Track to Become the Largest Edition in Its History

Athens: Preparations for DEFEA 2027 – Defence Exhibition Athens, taking place May 18–20, 2027 at the Metropolitan Expo, are progressing at a remarkable pace, confirming the exhibition’s growing international appeal and strategic importance.

Strong demand from the global defence and security industry has already resulted in more than 400 exhibitors from over 35 countries confirming their participation, while more than 80% of the available exhibition space has already been reserved.

Building on the success of previous editions, DEFEA 2027 is on course to become the largest edition ever organised, bringing together leading defence manufacturers, technology providers, governmental authorities, armed forces, procurement organisations and official delegations from around the world.

Held under the auspices of the Hellenic Ministry of National Defence and organised by ROTA S.A., in cooperation with the Hellenic Manufacturers of Defence Materiel Association (SEKPY), DEFEA has established itself as one of Europe’s leading international defence and security exhibitions and a key meeting point for the global defence community.

With exhibition space continuing to be reserved at a strong pace, DEFEA 2027 is expected to welcome a record number of exhibitors, national pavilions and international participants, further reinforcing Athens’ role as a strategic hub for international defence cooperation.
