Bondada Engineering Limited’s Subsidiary Acquires 75% Stake in KCS Engineering Solutions, Strengthening Defence and Aerospace Capabilities

Hyderabad: Bondada Engineering Limited, one of Bharat’s leading renewable energy companies, has announced a strategic expansion into growing defence and aerospace sector through its subsidiary, Bondada Dynamics Private Limited (BDPL), which has entered into a Business Acquisition Agreement to acquire a 75% ownership interest in KCS Engineering Solutions, a defence and aerospace technology-focused engineering firm.

As part of the strategic roadmap, the partners intend to convert KCS Engineering Solutions into a private limited company, proposed to be named BKCS Technologies Private Limited, with the “B” representing Bondada. Upon completion of the conversion, BKCS Technologies Private Limited will operate as a subsidiary of Bondada Dynamics Private Limited and become an integral part of the Bondada Group.

The strategic acquisition marks Bondada Group’s entry into the high-growth defence and aerospace sector, reinforcing its commitment to building advanced indigenous technology capabilities. further strengthening its portfolio beyond renewable energy, telecom infrastructure, EPC, and digital infrastructure.

KCS Engineering Solutions is engaged in the research, design, development, manufacturing, testing and integration of electronic and electro-mechanical solutions for defence, aerospace and allied applications. The company has built strong technical capabilities through its engagement with premier organisations including DRDO, ISRO, Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), NTRO, and the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force.

The combined strengths are expected to drive innovation, accelerate product development and position the Group as a trusted technology partner for strategic defence and aerospace programmes.
