IIM Bangalore and Toulouse Business School, France to host International Conference on the Future of Aviation and Aerospace 2024

Bengaluru. The Executive Education Programmes (EEP) Office at IIM Bangalore, in collaboration with Toulouse Business School, France (TBS), is organising “International Conference on the Future of Aviation and Aerospace 2024 (FOAA 2024)” on April 20, 2024, from 9 am to 6 pm, at Taj Bangalore Hotel (opposite KIAL airport). 

The conference will facilitate deliberation on themes like, “The Impact of Macroeconomic Environment on Aviation and Aerospace”; “The Future of Global and Local Aviation Market”; “Drone Sector – Opportunities, Challenges and Way Forward”; “Application of AI, ML and Big Data for Airline Operations”, “Maintenance and Customer Service”; “MRO – The Opportunities and Challenges”; “Managing Talent in the Aviation Industry, and Cyber Security, AI” and “Analytics in Aviation Industry”.

This edition will include keynote speakers as well as panel discussions anchored by C-suite executives from Aviation and Aerospace companies, and faculty of IIM Bangalore. The senior management representatives from airlines, aircraft manufacturers, aviation hardware and software companies, Indian Air Force, HAL, DRDO, and the Airports Authority of India (AAI) will be present during the conference.

The EEP Office at IIMB, in partnership with TBS, has been offering the General Management Programme on Aviation and Aerospace since 2015. As part of this collaboration, IIMB and TBS jointly host the ‘International Conference on the Future of Aviation and Aerospace’ as an annual event that brings together industry experts, researchers, scholars and policymakers to deepen the understanding of the current state and future of the sector.
