BEL Signs MoU with CoreEL Technologies Pvt Ltd

Bengaluru: Navratna Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) and CoreEL Technologies Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, have signed an MoU for the joint development and indigenisation of subsystems in the areas of Electronic Warfare, Sonars, Radars and Missile Electronics.
The objective of the agreement, announced at Aero India 2025, is to co-operate and support indigenous development of subsystems required for the realisation of equipment/systems in the field of EW, Radar, Sonar, etc, for Defence applications.
BEL, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, enjoys leadership position in the Defence / Strategic Electronics market in India. BEL is a multi-product, multi-technology, multi-Unit conglomerate which boasts of over 600 products in the areas of Radars & Fire Control systems, Weapon systems, Communication & Network Centric systems, Naval Systems, Electronic Warfare & Avionics, Electro Optics, Anti-submarine Warfare systems, Tank Electronics & Gun Upgrades, Homeland Security, civilian products and Strategic Components.
Some of the areas BEL is focusing as part of its diversification efforts include solutions for Civil Aviation, Unmanned systems, Railway & Metro systems, Network & Cyber Security, Smart City solutions, Space Electronics, Arms & Ammunition and Seekers, Medical Electronics and Artificial Intelligence. CoreEL is a Defence and Aerospace company engaged in the design, development and manufacturing of high-end electronics products and subsystems for Radars, Electronic Warfare, Sonars, Missile Electronics, etc, for Aerospace and Defence industry.
