Tokyo: The Japan Mobility Show 2025, opened to the public on Thursday, October 30 and the exhibition will conclude on Sunday, November 9 at Tokyo Big Sight in Japan.

At the Japan Mobility Show’s “Tokyo Future Tour 2035”, SkyDrive is shifting the conversation from what an eVTOL is to how it will be used in daily life through this exhibition. Our central theme for this exhibit is “Railway x eVTOL,” demonstrating how our eVTOL will seamlessly integrate into our future life with existing public transportation networks.
The Exhibit: From Train to SkyDrive eVTOL
To make this concept tangible, we have created a powerful experience at our booth: a full-size mock-up of the SKYDRIVE-05 positioned directly alongside a functioning train ticket gate with the flying Tokyo video.

This seamless setup allows visitors to physically imagine the future of multi-modal travel—stepping off a train, passing through the gate, and boarding the eVTOL for the last leg of their journey. This is an important step in helping people visualise the near-future reality of aerial mobility.
At the booth, reporters asked SkyDrive team – “then, when are you planning to launch the service?” Suspended from the ceiling of SkyDrive booth is a sign that reads “SkyDrive Boarding Gate” and it also includes the numbers “2025 to 2028”. Among the four railway companies, SkyDrive is planning to launch its first services with Osaka Metro in Osaka area and JR Kyushu in Oita area in Japan in 2028. Other two railway partners they are also working are Kintetsu and JR East.
