New Delhi: Shantanu Roy, Chairman and Managing Director of BEML Limited, has been conferred with the prestigious Samarpan PSU Award at the 4th Edition of the PSU Transformation Conclave 2025, held in New Delhi under the theme “PSUs Vision 2047: Vision and Versatility.”
The award recognises Roy’s exemplary leadership and steadfast commitment to steering BEML towards greater heights of self-reliance, innovation, and global competitiveness. Under his dynamic vision, BEML has emerged as a pioneer in next-generation mobility solutions, defence platforms, and sustainable mining equipment—cementing its role as a key enabler of India’s Aatmanirbhar Bharat mission.
The award was received on behalf of Roy by R S Chopra, CGM, BEML, at the event which brought together distinguished leaders and policymakers to chart the roadmap for public sector excellence by 2047.
