Israel Arrests Persons Involved in Illegally Developing Loitering Weapon Systems Aimed at Unnamed Asian Nation

 

Tel Aviv. Israeli, who used to work for some leading defence industries in Israel, have been arrested after a covert investigation revealed that they were developing a loitering weapon system aimed at an unnamed Asian country.

Israeli sources say that if the deal would have been performed it would have badly affected the relations between Israel and the US.

In images released by the police, it was seen that the loitering weapon systems being developed. In other images and video, the group is seen testing the loitering weapon systems in neighborhoods densely populated.

In the image the loitering weapon system looks almost the same to one such systems developed by an Israeli company. This systems has been exported.

Sources in Israel said that the demand for loitering weapon systems has sky rocketed after the war between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

Azerbaijan used some Israeli made loitering systems that caused heavy loses to the Armenian forces.
The investigation lasted more than a month and the police and general security service have gathered many facts that point to an illegal manufacturing of a weapons systems.

According to the released images the specific loitering weapon system was designed to carry some six kg of explosives.

In some bank accounts of the suspected, the police found large sums of money.

Sources here said that the plan of the group was to develop a prototype, transfer it in pieces to the Asian country and manufacture it there is large numbers.

Every export of an Israeli weapon systems needs the approval of a special branch of the Israeli Ministry of Defense.
