IAI to Participate in the Asian Defense & Security Exhibition in the Philippines

The company will showcase a variety of ground-breaking systems in the fields of air defence, radars, loitering munitions, drones, and electronic warfare.

Tel Aviv: Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), a world-class aerospace and defense leader, will participate in the Asian Defense & Security (ADAS) exhibition in the Philippines and present a variety of ground-breaking systems in the fields of air defence, radars, loitering munitions, drones, and electronic warfare.

ADAS is the most important exhibition of its kind in the country and takes place every two years. The exhibition will be held in Manila from September 25 to 27.

Among the products to be presented at IAI’s booth (1220) are the Barak MX – an advanced air and missile defence system that enables launch optimisation and threat management; Lora – a long-range tactical ballistic missile for attacking strategic targets; the Heron Mk 2 unmanned aerial vehicle – adapted for long-range, medium-altitude flight and carrying out tactical and strategic operations, able to simultaneously carry different payloads designed for a wide variety of missions.

Additionally, IAI will present Harop – a loitering munition that provides a response to varied combat scenarios and anti-terrorist activities, equipped with cameras and the ability to scan, locate and precisely attack stationary and mobile targets, whether at sea or on land; MMR – a multi-mission radar for air-defence and artillery tracking, which locates and classifies all types of airborne targets while producing a real-time aerial situational picture; an Airborne warning and control aircraft– used for detection, early-warning, and the gathering of strategic intelligence information; and a Refueling aircraft – enabling operations in the strategic theater.
