The collaborative association between the pioneer shipbuilder in India and the frontrunner entity in composite structures and components is aimed at achieving indigenous content of at least 50% as required under the Buy (Indian-IDDM) or Buy (Indian) categories thereby furthering the objectives of self-reliance in defence manufacturing as outlined in the Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative of Govt of India.
