India's First Quantum-Safe Drone Technology Hackathon

New Delhi. Indian Army’s 515 Army Base Workshop at Ulsoor, Bengaluru is organising a quantum-safe drone technology Hackathon on April 4, 2026, to secure drone-to-transmitter RF communications using indigenous quantum technology, which cannot be cracked by quantum computing, and is safe against AI and quantum computing.

This competition is open to academia and industry. Everyone can participate as a solo participant or in teams of 3–5. No prior drone experience is required.

Only Curiosity and Courage are required to participate.

As a participant you will attempt to intercept and decrypt quantum-secured RF signals between the drone and the radio transmitter. Build counter-solutions and drone secrecy innovations

Attempt to intercept, decode, or disrupt it. The best hackers win. The nation learns.

The entries will be judged on: Innovation · Technical Execution · Practicality · Presentation · Teamwork

You should submit a working prototype + project report (maximum 6-pages) + 15-minutes final Presentation.

The 3 best technical executions will be given a prize, and all participants will receive Certificates of Participation, best projects will be showcased to industry and government officials
