Dr. Tilak Raj Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of National Security Studies at the Central University of Jammu. He holds a PhD in Political Science with a specialisation in International Relations. His research focuses on India’s foreign policy, soft power, South Asia, climate change, and India–US relations. He has published widely in national and international journals, presented papers at several academic conferences, and contributed book chapters. Dr. Sharma has over a decade of teaching and research experience, and has been honoured with the ICSSR Doctoral Fellowship and UGC-NET award. He is also a life member of multiple professional bodies.
