A car exploded near the Red Fort metro station in Delhi on November 10, 2025. It is learnt that an I-20 car was driven by a person called Umar Mohammed, a resident of Jammu. He is from Pulwama in the Kashmir valley. He is a post-graduate in medicine. More than that, he was a professor at Al-Falah University in Faridabad. The car was kept parked there for 11 days, from October 29, 2025, to November 10, 2025. The car was driven around in Delhi for the whole day before it came to the Red Fort. The blast took place when the car was parked in the parking lot for over three hours. The terrorist’s face, being Indian, makes it difficult for India to blame Pakistan. Ten people were killed and more than 25 were injured.
This is the new strategy of Pakistan to involve India in a ‘Shadow War’ by using disgruntled and misguided Muslim youth of India. It is to deny India its much-hyped option of striking back as it did after the Pahalgam incident of April 22, 2025. The purpose is not only to create chaos and disorder and pitch two major communities against each other, but also to keep India busy internally. The two communities are so sensitive that riots can take place at the drop of a hat.

There may be many such sleeping modules, spread all over India, particularly finding sanctuaries in states such as J&K, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Telangana and Kerala. Probable targeted areas would be states ruled by the ruling party at the Centre.
An involvement of ISKP modules in India is revealed — serviced by highly educated, seemingly Indian doctors at Faridabad and Ahmedabad. A cache of over 350 kg and 2,600 kg of Ammonium Nitrate was also discovered over two days. This is the first sign of ISKP modules present in India. What is shocking is that they were highly educated Muslims! One expects an educated person to be wary of religious bigots. Have a look at the snaps of these five doctors at the end, who have been arrested for these acts. They are all Indian Muslims, including a woman. They are spread from Jammu to Lucknow, Faridabad and Delhi.

A cache of Ricin chemical was seized on November 10, 2025, by Gujarat ATS. Three persons were arrested with castor and pistols. One of them was Dr Ahmed Mohiuddin Syed, who was an MBBS from China and known to be in touch with ISKP handlers in Pakistan. He used his medical knowledge to extract this poison. Ricin is produced from castor seeds — after castor oil is squeezed out — the residual seeds are used for Ricin production — which is highly venomous — a micron (salt grain) is enough to kill a person.
Weaponisation of Islam
ISKP is an adjunct of ISI, which is known for fighting against the Afghan Taliban in Afghanistan. ISKP is an organisation which has cadres recruited mostly from poor and illiterate families, but religious fervour is gravitating even among educated Muslims. It is very common in India due to a sense of Muslim supremacy for having ruled India for over 1000 years. This is what led to the partition of India in 1947 based on the Two-Nation Theory. The Muslim elite was wary of the Hindu majority in India, then. It continues to haunt even those Muslims who did not go to dreamland Pakistan.
Pakistan’s Weaponisation of Islam in the region is totally visible. Educated Muslims in India were falling into its trap — without realising the state of affairs of general public in Pakistan, nay, the entire Islamic world.
A few days back, four Indian airports came under GPF-spoofing as a trial for a major incident during the upcoming visits of Vladimir Putin and Benjamin Netanyahu. India has to be very careful in using GPS at airfields when ILS is not functional.
No doubt it is with the approval of the CIA and the USA. More such terrorist attacks involving Indian Muslims may occur. ‘Defiant India’ is not acceptable to the US administration, or what they also call the Global Deep State (GDS). Current POTUS is not happy with India exercising ‘Strategic Autonomy’ in Global Affairs, in defiance of US diktats.

It is known that the United States has been using Pakistan to contain India and restrain its growing clout. No wonder General Asim Munir was pampered beyond his worth. History bears testimony that the USA has never liked India. It has always supported Pakistan against India. Recent disclosures by an ex-CIA agent that it was the USA which allowed Pakistan to clandestinely build an atomic bomb. Therefore, Pakistan, despite playing a double game against the USA, has always been the favourite child of the USA.
General, nay self-promoted, Field Marshal Asim Munir, has clear US instructions to engage India in a shadow war, so as to break its will to defy the USA. What better way for Pakistan to do this than by using Indian Muslim bigots as a weapon, who, in the name of secularism, were apprehensive of the Hindu majority in a democracy. Out of 15% Muslims of India, even if 1-2% were available as recruits for ISKP, it serves its purpose. India has to find ways to deal with this shadow war effectively by making Pakistan pay for its audacity.
Conclusion
Thus, the use of SOG (Stooges on Ground) by Pakistan, instead of BOG (Boots on Ground), will dominate the Indian hinterland, in the coming years, as I had warned a few days back. It is going to be a ‘new form of war’. It will be fought by irregular soldiers. India and Pakistan would now engage in a shadow war, by ‘faceless soldiers’, which can be identified as SOG Vs UKG (Unknown Gun Men).
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s statement that whoever was involved ‘will not be spared’ is a reactive response. The government has to think beyond this — get proactive, not only against terrorist outfits but also against Pakistan’s ISI and military
India has to revise its status quo doctrine or be too defensive in dealing with its enemies. The strategy, as history shows, suffered from ‘too meek in offence’ and ‘too magnanimous in defence’. Conduct of Operation Sindoor demonstrates how India allowed Pakistan to get off the hook by only going after terrorists and military targets in the first instance. This flaw does exist in its conduct of all operations post-Independence. Unfortunately, from King Dahir of Sindh in 712 AD to Prithvi Raj Chauhan in 1192 AD and Rana Sangha in 1527 AD, it is a repeated story of magnanimity, rivalry and betrayal by Indians. A handful of foreign invaders had not only conquered India but also enslaved it. There is a need to get out of this mindset and go for the ‘total kill’, when challenged.

It would also provide opportunities to deal with ISKP in their own backyard. India must keep a close watch on probable sanctuaries in states such as West Bengal, UP, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
Turbulent times lie ahead for the Indian subcontinent (I don’t call it South Asia — it is a deliberately manufactured term by the West to discount Indian importance — India, Pakistan and Bangladesh are no way in the South — if the Middle East is West Asia). Days of ‘Regular Soldiering’ are now under scrutiny as a ‘White Elephant’. The job can be better done by these Faceless Soldiers.
