A specialised course under this initiative, titled “Construction Management: Quality, Contracts and Arbitration,” is scheduled to commence later this month. It will offer structured learning and practical insights into quality assurance systems, modern contract management practices, and effective dispute resolution mechanisms, which are essential for the efficient execution of operational infrastructure projects.

This initiative assumes particular significance in view of the increasing complexity of construction projects and the growing need for adherence to high standards of quality, transparency, and accountability. Through this collaboration, officers will gain exposure to contemporary methodologies, best practices, and academic expertise, thereby enhancing their ability to plan, execute, and manage projects related to operational infrastructure more effectively.
