New Delhi: Chief of Integrated Defence Staff to the Chairman Chiefs of Staff Committee (CISC) along with the Vice Chiefs of all three Services visited Southern Naval Command, Kochi from August 4-5, 2022.
As part of their visit, a brief overview of various training facilities and infrastructure at SNC were provided. A live demonstration of Water Survival Training Facility at INS Garuda was witnessed by them.
During their visit onboard IAC, progress of activities related to commissioning of ship was briefed to them. A walk around of the compartments along with readiness of activities was presented.
Flag Officer Commanding- in-Chief, Southern Naval Command VAdm MA Hampiholi interacted with the CISC and the service Vice Chiefs during the visit.
