New Delhi. AXISCADES Technologies Ltd has announced the appointment of Alfonso Martinez as its new Group CEO and Managing Director, effective January 20, 2025. With over 25 years of global experience in engineering and technology, Martinez will lead the company through an exciting phase of growth and expansion. 
His appointment comes as AXISCADES aims to strengthen its position in the engineering services, defence, and deep tech sectors.
Alfonso Martinez brings a wealth of experience from prominent roles in leading organisations. Previously, he was the Global Business Head for Transportation at Quest Global and held key leadership positions at Altran Group (now Capgemini), including Managing Director of Altran Technologies Spain and CEO of Altran Middle East.
Martinez is recognised for his strategic leadership, driving growth and innovation while fostering sustainable business transformations.
Martinez expressed his excitement to join AXISCADES, emphasising his vision to build on the company’s strong foundation of innovation and customer-centric solutions.
He aims to leverage the talent within the company to create transformative solutions that address the evolving needs of clients and drive global expansion. His leadership will focus on enhancing technological capabilities and creating long-term value across the business.
The Board of Directors expressed confidence in Martinez’s leadership, stating that his extensive experience and vision align with AXISCADES’ goals of increasing global presence and setting new benchmarks in innovation and customer satisfaction.
Dr Sampath Ravinarayanan, Director and Chief Mentor at AXISCADES, also praised the appointment, highlighting Martinez’s ability to lead with both strategic vision and execution excellence. This new leadership marks a significant milestone for AXISCADES, setting the stage for future growth and innovation.
