Dr Kiran Bedi, Former Lt Governor, Puducherry was the Chief Guest for the Ceremony. Chairman & Managing Director, GRSE ,Rear Admiral VK Saxena, IN (Retd.), along with Director (Shipbuilding), Cmde Sanjeev Nayyar, IN (Retd), and Director (Personnel), Cmde. PR Hari, IN (Retd), received the Awards.
