Bengaluru: The 14th edition of Asia’s biggest air show ‘Aero India 2023’ is all set to be held at Air Force Station, Yelahanka, here for five days from February 13, it was announced November 27. The aero show which is a biennial event and its maiden edition was held in 1996. It is also an aero exhibition.

Owing to Covid-19 pandemic, the Aero India show held in 2021 was cut short from five days to three days. However, this year’s event will be held for five days like the earlier.

The Defence Ministry, Indian Air Force, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Department of Space and Civil Aviation Ministry are among the prominent organisations that come together to host ‘Aero India’.

The first three-days of the show are reserved for business visitors and the last two-days are open to the general public. In the last edition of the show, as many as 513 firms and a delegation from 43 nations participated in the event. The ‘Aero India’ over the years has earned a great reputation across the world and the event has recorded increased participation from both exhibitors and the public turning out to be the largest air show in Asia.
